Poor customer service specialist
I've never complained in my life about how bad customer service has been. Call 20. 02. 2020 around 16:00, hit the "league". Welcome to the story that brought me to the cider (billing issues and how I do better)... And at one point I was interrupted by the command form with the phrase "speak into the microphone" ".. Maybe the zone or that twitched because there is no problem with the phone... I calmly say “I’m talking on the phone. ” What I answer is that I can tell the difference between talking on the phone or talking on a speakerphone and walking away from the phone, I calmly answer that I’m talking in the kitchen and maybe there’s a little “echo. ” They say "when you finish the job, then call" either just lightly! I show that you could start with the usual kind words "sorry, I can't hear you or you can speak louder in the microphone"... Well, you know, in kolkhozes the answer is better than in the white league "league". P. S redial to discuss the same issue with another customer service manager.
