Defective product
I bought a headset for TC Damme "CoverMe", which broke the same day in the places wrapped around the box. I went to the store with a claim and filled in a request, the seller also agreed with me that the headphones are obviously a defect and that there should be no problem to return the money, but after a week I received a refusal to return the money! As a solution, I am offered to exchange the product for something else that I do not agree with. I don't understand how to sell defective goods and refuse to return the money!
