Ubereats delivery over an hour late

Called driver at 9:08 and said she was on the expressway. No call and still no food. Daughters bedtime was an hour ago. Food was to be delivered at 8:10. Still hungry. Now tired and hungry up waiting for a late food delivery. I would like a full refund and a complimentary meal.
