Driver has diamond status and couldn’t even call to verify address or even msg for any reason to let us know why he refused to disappear with food.. better to use door dash User’s recommendation: Usedoor dash or any other company.

I didn’t get my $21.38 money back

I ordered at masala work(Plano)..due to some reasons I cancelled my order. But I didnt get my money back till now. I waited so much time and I made a chat conversation in the app also. No one did complete the chat and solve my problem. I am very fed up to raise the issue

Issues with order of safety and extend delayed timing also resulting in defected quality of order

No customer service available!!!! How unprofessional!!! There is no communicating or compliance to regulation regarding individual with disabilities plus other safety concerns. Poor quality, poor service. User’s recommendation: Do not use. Cannot show pictures because of privacy concern; however I have pictures for documentation!
