App not allowing payment setup

I am totally frustrated with the app. Just doesnt allow me to add credit card, and ride booking doesnt work most of the time User’s recommendation: Use at your own risk, forget about customer care support.

Driver never showed and charged my account

I took a screen shot as well. The driver picked up someone at a different location and charges my account. I called for the Uber he never came I sent him messages and attempted to call him he finally sent back a message saying sorry wrong customer but I still was charge
