Because money was taking from my card

I ordered a Uber my Uber was 12.95 I had $14 maybe $13 on my in my Uber account they went into my account and took $25 off without me saying that it was okay because I believed I had the Uber auto-pay turned off

Lack of concern/ communication

UBER NEVER CAN TO CARMAX.
