Misleading people

I contact 110.shop service and I am informed that I will receive the product the next day, because the delay is with dpd...Then the question arises as to why you promise what you cannot fulfill on your own! Do you choose a supplier who is unable to perform his duties on time? Another gift that will not be presented on time and I doubt that I will choose to use the services of this "charming" office!
