Slow wireless internet left

In the autumn, we started using Telstra wireless internet for the home. At first, everything was fine and you could watch Smarttv and use the Internet on both computers and phones. Yes, in the evenings the internet was slower in the ~ 15mbps range, but it was enough for the whole family. However, starting from 2021, the speed of the 4g network in the evenings has decreased to 1mbps. It is not possible to use such an Internet. Telstra tries to agree that everything is fine on their side. The fault is in the position of the router, or in the router, and so on. Cien. , Telstra if it were then the internet speed at night would not reach 50mbps! This fact only indicates that your transmitting devices do not handle the traffic during peak hours! To prevent Telstra from writing, that need more detailed information then below info: 1. Changed different router locations everywhere is the full area 4 - 5 sections! 2. The router settings are set to auto, 3G or 4G mode. Funny that in the evenings 3g mode squeezes 5mbps and I have to switch to it to use the internet for some reason! 3. The router sim card is also installed in other devices and all are the same! 4. Slow 4g internet is also in mobile phones with other Telstra sim cards! So it's not the router's fault. 5. As I mentioned at night the same router in the same place works at 50mbps. Therefore, the router is in order, there can be no defect that makes the router think that after midnight it will start working faster. 6. Of course I will not reveal the address here, but according to the map available on the Telstra page, this place must be 4g, which is also indicated by Telstra info phone staff. 7. Info staff also recommended to change the wifi settings to 2. 4ghz or 5. 0ghz also this was tested. Telstra entices customers, gives them to sign a contract, by refusing which you will have to pay for a router and then fail to provide normal service. You need to ask Ptac whether consumer rights have been violated in this case!
