Delivering the wrong parts
I am completely angry. We ordered the sofa in the online store 110.shop, unpacked and understand that two identical parts have been delivered and you can't really put the sofa together! Calling said let us send pictures to email! When I call to ask how long I will be exchanging the right details the answer was- we must first see and see! When I asked how long it would take me to wait, the answer was that week!
