I’m having a lot of issues with the music that was released

First I wanted my music released on Spotify too I only found it on iTunes. 2 when clicking option I was asked if I wanted TuneCore to make a Spotify and iTunes account for me I click yes and dont have access to none of them. Can someone please contact me ?!

I paid for a project and it didn’t release

I registered three songs to be released on the 20th of July, on digital platforms, you only gave me apple, when you took over 21pounds from my account, could you include all digital platforms, not including, future digital platforms
