Hi several months ago I created a tunecore. Under the email solomonrahia@***.com. Now I am unable to log into that account. No email is being sent to help reset my password & there is no email in my spam. I paid $30 for that account already, so I do not understand why I cannot log in.
Call now this involve criminal activity or I’m presuming charges ectr. I don’t want to say any more as this matter is on another level so please call asap or I’m seeking legal help and starting my court process. You have 3 days to call and settle this matter.
This is second attempt at contacting TuneCore because my song isnt on Apple Music. The link they provided does not work. I cannot move forward with my music until this issue is resolved.
I haven’t talked to anyone. Phone keeps hanging up. I have YET to withdraw my funds. I need my funds User’s recommendation: Do not use Tunecore because Payoneer does not work. They won’t let you withdraw your money.
