WORST EVER…..

I placed an order for my MIL Birthday and Mothers Day; much to my dismay they were never delivered. My son lost his cousin suddenly. I sent a plant to memorialize him, and it never arrived after 4 days. Really nice way to treat someone who is reaching out to a grieving family member. Never again! ***

No parcels sent abroad for 2 months

Now I sent parcels to Australia almost 2 months ago. All the while, they are still in Australia! There are no warnings on the Australian Post Office that deliveries may be so delayed and why. You could still understand a week or two, but here 2 Months absolutely no movement. It is also written that they are looking for other possibilities that give the impression that everything is actively happening, even on land, but in reality the packets stand in a pile and have not even crossed the border. What's more, the dates in the postal system change from later to the latest when packets are received from the customer! Of course, the post office does not take any responsibility! If you want to cancel the shipment and get it back then you have to pay them another 2. 20 dollars for each package and then after 3 months you will receive a reply. You will not receive a return shipping cost because of such a law! There is nowhere to look for protection and solutions, there are no ways to recover the lost. All that remains is an empty hope to complain to the relevant ministry.
