This company is managed by liars an crooks, we have been promised a refund on a defective product return for many months and they just supposedly keep elevsting ittoa higher level and each time we get

Returned air fryer power 320 to vendor due to poor level of performance, they received it on March 8 and originally denied they reviewed it until I proved it with fed ex documentation, promised check in 15-20 days after one month I started calling every day an finally they escalatedthe refund to a supervisor and she promised... Trying to get product back

I sent my air fryer back, because the door broke. I have since bought a air grill. I ordered a flat for grill. Have not received air fryer back yet. I have an extended protection plan. Will never buy another product from tristar again.dont buy User’s recommendation: Dont buy tristar products.
