More bad news

Update by user Aug 09, 2021 They’ve done nothing to resolve the issue. Every one of the batteries I bought less than a year ago is dead. Nothing compared with OEM parts which lasted for years. Dead within 6 months

two of the three I bought for my Milwaukee impact driver died within six months. All I got from them in response was a small discount on my next purchase. Unreliable products and very dissatisfied customer. User’s recommendation: Do not buy from this company.
