Unable to receive delivery information

We received an SMS that the delivery will take place within 3/9 days! This did not happen (the whole day was spent sitting at home-waiting), in the evening an e-mail was written to which a formal answer was received and not the issue was resolved! Another sms this morning that delivery will be today! Again, no time interval is specified! Calling said that afternoon to evening? What time?
