The woman before me left one of the things, and as is usually the case, I went to the box I had just vacated. Then the other box was vacated and I delivered it to the other bank operator and made the payment. This event was on 20.10.2018. on Check time 18:37. It turned out that Natalia Fogele had not completed the banking operation, because the lady from whom she was taking money, went somewhere to look for money because she had taken little money. I believe that a bank employee serves customers, then they must be treated with dignity. Even in this situation, humanely and politely explaining the situation I would have realized that I have to wait, otherwise, I was not clear when I was assured that he was working. It would be desirable to remind the bank's board of Natasha Fogele's nuances of the customer service culture, and with this style of operation and service culture, your bank will lose many customers.
