It took a little while to figure out the phone system. You have to add a # symbol after you type the reference number (they dont tell you that). My flight was canceled on 6/17/20 due to COVID. Today is 7/22/21 and Im still waiting for a refund. WORST COMPANY EVER. STAY AWAY User’s recommendation: StAy away.
