Slow Service
Don't send anything through FedEx in December - you'll be waiting a long time! Makes sense, then advertise yourself that the next day after placing the shipment, it will already be the destination? I called, wrote to them. Once replied that it would be here the next day, but of course it wasn't, then I called again and then they didn't know when the shipment would be - sit and wait and everything! Let the courier take the package with you and I will wait at the end point or to find out the address and then take me home, if otherwise unable to provide the service! THINK alternatives to it in December - cooperate with the city's gas stations, other similar institutions. FedEx - only causes disgust to send something through them!
