Excellent Follow-Up

Inconsistent level of customer service. Lack of response to repeated requests for a service call

Tranquility Ponds installed interactive waterfall ponds many years ago. Up until approximately 2017, service and maintenance was excellent and prompt. Service requests over a period of the last 10 months for a leaking pump have been unanswered. Emails have been ignored, phones at their Sunset Road facility are unanswered even though they are maintaining hours of operation... Read more➤
