Product not delivered in poor service
Hello, At the beginning of the week, on Monday, I called the contact phone number offered by 110.shop, where I kindly talked to me and accepted the order, and sent an SMS that the product will be delivered within 1-2 days. The next day I was called and the time was set for the product to be delivered. I waited all day, but the product was not delivered. On the second day I called the 110.shop contact number, where I was told to call the couriers, because it was handed over to them and sent the product order number. I called the couriers, although I believe that I did not have to do it, because I agree on the product with 110.shop, but not with the couriers. The couriers informed by telephone that the product would not be delivered all day long, because the packaging had been torn and they had not taken the product for delivery. Needless to say, no one called me from 110.shop about this time and did not inform me about the park.Did I have to spend my finances myself to call and look for couriers?
