VERY BAD service. If you order a product worth several hundred dollars in the morning, a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail that the operator will contact you soon, the day passes neither news nor mines. At the end of the second day, no one still calls, I call at 17.00, on one phone 20 times on the other 20... Don't raise! Call the call, finally pick up. I say my bed, I have to dig sharply IF THE OPERATOR DOES NOT CALL THEN DO NOT WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT! I demand that, so I know, it is not written anywhere. Answer - Nowhere. And hang up. Entrance to the competitors' website (price for a couple of dollars cheaper), I ordered after 5 minutes a call back from a kind operator that runs from 10.00 I can pick up. I understand the holiday week and the workload is great, but don't be so shameless. I won't look at 2u anymore!
