Disappearance of letters in Townsville
Hello, this year I sent congratulations to my loved ones at Christmas to various Australian cities from England, because I was there during the holidays. The letters were quite thick, as the card was based on a picture on a cardboard type. This is not the first case when the letters do not reach the addressees or have been opened and sealed again directly at the Townsville post office. This time the letters did not reach both recipients in Townsville, which I think is very suspicious. Because other recipients in Australia, who are located in other cities, received letters within 4-5 days. This is not the first bad experience, because previously the letters were opened and again "seamlessly" sealed. I understand that the safest option is to sign or track emails,but I think it's for important documents, not a Christmas greeting.
