I received a mystical sms that I have connected and / or subscribed to something, although I am not. As already indicated in the sms, I called the bee to find out what it is at all, because the sms signature is "your bee" the bee during the call replied that he does not know anything and can only impose a limit of about € 30 on the bill, although the monthly bill is 11. 50 € which I also asked for as a limit (I should even pay the rest for them, right?). At the very end of the conversation, only, the operator offered to disable some google play paid services, which I never used to which I agreed, so as not to count on something mystical again. Then I also wrote an e-mail to which I received a reply today that this month is already 2x the amount added to my bill and that the bee can do nothing and that they are just a mediator. I have not asked them, as an intermediary, to place any orders on my behalf and to handle my data, so I believe that it is unfair that they cannot put their own data into security and that I have to suffer as a result, because it is not even possible to take it off. Once again, the only option is to settle this just by wasting my time and nerves. Shame on Pty. "Bite Australia"!
