Terrible Employee Attitude

Today, November 28, 2016, I once again encountered the expressive attitude of an Expressmail employee, and this time my mayor is full. It should be emphasized that this is one specific employee of Emerald (I don't know the name, but I know it by face). I am lucky to be served by iExpress for other shipments. If I had a choice, I would never use the Expressmail service and would not recommend it to anyone!
