Orders not received
Was charged $12 shipping on order 14023-****. This was not shown before I ordered. Refund Shipping charge or refund all a d cancel order. I did not authorize User’s recommendation: Make sure to check orders for shipping was was not listed firomg bids.

Lost all my account information
why do i have a charge of $66.41 on my card??? it shows a number of 525****. I am getting things in the mail I never ordered and things of the wrong size.

I ordered a perfume for my husband. I have been waiting for delivery for a very long time. I ordered 5. 10. delivered on 10. 11! This is too inadequate. I wrote an email calling for a refund to the account if the item is not delivered on time. Supplied, but other perfumes. I am very upset. I will never hit this store.
