Defect in shoes

I buy tommy shoes from kapson . The day I wear they worn-out. Now kapson person is not entertaining me .
I bought a sneakers from Tommy Hilfiger Cairo festival city mall it was black after 2 months I washed it carefully but it faded out. I went to complain to return but they said no.
