Returned items, specifically quoting my statutory rights and TKMaxx’s own conditions which state cost of item and delivery charge will be refunded. Received cost of item but not delivery cost, now customer services is ignoring my emails. TKMaxx has broken UK law. User’s recommendation: Be warned.
