Unfriendly company
I have been using the xMobile 1 tariff for several months. I have realized that this tariff, although it adapts to the amount of data I use, is still disadvantageous for me, because I use applications that use mobile Internet by default (for example, Waze... ). I have heard that the "Friday" tariff provides an unlimited data flow for this type of application, and 1gb for the Internet (surfing) I have realized that 1gb will be enough for surfing, the biggest data loss was at the expense of these applications and I have always overpaid for the Internet. BITE, for their part, has not even offered to switch to a better rate - which would be nice for them, because they have a great history of using my data (I knowthat it does companies elsewhere and this is normal practice - not only here in LV, but also in BITE, no). Well "guilty".. But that's not all.. I was really annoyed by the xMobile reminder call. I still understand payment reminders in the form of a text message, but I get crazy when, for example, during an important meeting at work, an unfamiliar number calls and a "robot" speaks on the handset. Even more annoying are the cases when the "robot" calls late at night, when I have already gone to peace. Now I have saved the number to not answer - but even then the automatic system does not release until I pick up the handset. Well, is that normal?
