Fraud, mistreatment of customers.
Hello. I see that problems with "Australian gaze" is a rather topical topic in Complaints. Then the story is that the situation has not changed. When buying an apartment, I took into account that the kitchen will need to be repaired, so I was not yet sure whether gas would be needed, I switched the contract to my name (here is my mistake, it is better not to get involved with this institution). An acceptance / transfer deed was filled in with the previous owners, thus the strip for the existing consumed gas is drawn. The day came when I decided to turn off the gas, then call their brilliantly famous only phone number, of course, for a fee. The handset answers that all operators are busy, so now I wait 10 minutes for which an invoice is issued. In the end, I didn't wait any longer and no conversation with the operator failed. I found a website that can apply for a gas outage. I did that too. The gas was turned off, everything was fine. But then comes the bill, in which I am charged the amount of money left over by the previous owners, with a very short payment period. I wrote to them in the e-mail but no answers! The amount is not large, around 4 dollars, but it does not change the substance of the matter. Of course, I came to the conclusion that I would pay them money, which I consider to be a scam, because waiting even longer would result in a fine being calculated and calling and waiting for someone on the handset to answer would be even more disadvantageous.
