Now Spectrum is making me recover surgery on leg that might need to be amputated with no service TV or internet and they just did not care to find out why my bill got so high.

Poor Internet & WiFi. High bills

T/W Spectrum just increased my regular bill & service keeps going in and out. This is daily. They say NO contracts yet automatically after 1 year they increase prices saying original service contract ended. Really???

Worst customer service experience ever refuse to help the consumer

Improper bill paying

I believe time warner (spectrum) is trying to force people to use their online payment service to steal money. I use the USPS to mail my bills to them and they told me my payments never arrive.
