Customer service offered 2$ off my 200$ bill! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Paid my bill on time for years! Unable to get service for shows that we pay for for days! Will never use them again rip off is what spectrum is! I advise never use them every since they’ve switched from TWC to spectrum they are nothing but a rip off!! Want their payment but offer nothing for the consumer! . . . .
