Repetitiveness

I have bought and received some magazines that has specialized writing about 50 years of STAR TREK. Between the two that I have bought, ‘display until 10/7/16 and display until 2/7/20 have some significant differences throughout the magazine. Very poor customer support on subscription followups

Getting two sets of bill reminders for a gift subscription paid over two months ago and acknowledged by your customer service rep as BEING PAID. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy your Time magazines via this subscription service.

I received a postcard offer and they treated it as a NEW subscription.

I will have to wait to see if I really receive 2 copies. I wrote them about the apparent ‘mixup’ but have not had a reply User’s recommendation: Be sure to include your current subscription number with correspondence.
