I still have heard nothing back from Tim Hortons, next call is to a lawyer!!

I bit into one of your sandwiches and there was something hard like metal in the bun. It broke my tooth in half. User’s recommendation: Boycott Tim Hortons!! I’ve spent thousands of dollars over the last 20 yrs at this restaurant and I can’t even get a call back!!
