Shipping takes too long

I placed an order for 2 wigs August 16 and the day of this post is August. 31 and they have no tracking ability. I need the wigs for a hair show September 5, so sad becaused I have sent 3 emails and got no responses. There are still business out there that treat the customers wrong

Was charged for merchandise and never recieved it

Made a purchase on June 27, 2019. Paid using Paypal. On purchase page it was indicated that tracking information would be sent in email. Never received the tracking information from Prettywigs. Where is my wig?

Ordered a wig and tried to track but no answers no phone numbers to contact. Poor customer service again where is my wig or where is my money your tracking system does not work
