I dont believe that I should have to scan for what I won and then wait 30 minutes to get what I won when i can go to other Tim’s and do it at the same time

The wait time to get what i was trying to uses my points on and then when i got back they were closed and they dont double cup even when I offer to pay for the cup User’s recommendation: If every cup is a winner then why the 30 minute wait to collect after scanning.
