I love the tile and miss it when it is now not working. Where do I get a new battery if that is what I need???

My tile does not work. My phone says my Bluetooth is off but it is on. So apple says it is tiles problem. I need to know what the problem is. The tile is about 11 months old. If it is a battery where do I get a new one???
