I paid for the required initial setup for connection, didn’t get any response till now technician is also not picking call and they are keep ignoring since 3 days

0 internet speed.. This is the worst internet service I have ever received. Inspite of all the email communications to disconnect the service and even after getting an aknowledgement mail from tikona saying that the disconnection activity has been initiated the service is not yet disconnected.
Hey there, I have done multiple complaints but that automatically mention as resolved, without visiting or without any callback. I am very disappointed with this, I am getting speed between 2 to 5 Mbps only.Due to this I was not using your service from 14 june to 23 june due to less speed. No one is ready...
