Poor service

Bad experience with shopping in Tehnoshop online store. Very categorical and unkind attitude from the contact person, offers goods that still need to be ordered, forces me to pay for the product in advance, even though the amount is only 12 dollars, without trusting the customer, even though I am a customer, do not order the product and offer other solutions. I have been left without goods and also without money, which promises to be returned someday. I would highly recommend shopping there.
