I bought tickets that have mixed information about the event

i bought concert tickets of a group and on the ticket it says that it starts at 2 but theres already a concert of the group in ohio and i kept looking up my tickets in ticketweb and it doesnt appear, i emailed and no response. i want a refund

Refund has not been teceived

I requested a refund for a concert that was changed february of 2020. They said it was refunded and would take up to 60 days to show on my bank account. Its been well over that time and ive talked to my bank and there was no refund made. Now ticketweb wont even reply to medont use... Read more➤
