The voucher is about to expire and since most venues are still closed I want to discuss how to extend the voucher. Instead of an answer, I was sent to a web-site and told I needed to pay to have someone reach out.
They wont issue a refund of tickets that happened a year ago. With Covid happening their policy should be more flexible. Its not fair they wont issue a refund because the promoters wont cancel the show but at the same time cant offer any updates on the concert at all. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from them ever.
