Bad staff

Optus asks what happens to my product 4 days after the card... they forget to draw up a contract... connect service.. and still ignored when I ask Optus chatting with a consultant.. consultant vnk after a chat vnk leaves the chat.. and because of all that.. wait in the excitement when the product arrives. it will not come either. but finally the product is at the courier and I work for a week. I'm gone and have to wait again.. I would have known.. should have bought in another E-shop
