Can not update software or firmware even with the top of the line laptop computer Even with the assistance of a dell supervisor at dell.com/supportcould notfix this wheel so please dont buy it is a waste of time and money User’s recommendation: Don’t buy. Buy a fanatic.

I never got a call back from anyone to help with my issue. So I returned the item. Very disappointed with your technical support. User’s recommendation: Don’t ever buy anything from this manufacturer. No help what so ever with issues.
