Terrible Service
All of this store's service looks like a scam. I myself was stupid not to read the feedback before placing the order. The order was accepted and processed quickly. After a couple of minutes I was contacted and asked to make a prepayment, although the website was written that I could also make a prepayment when I received the item. The same day I paid the bill, no confirmation was returned. The next day, when I called myself, I was told that the product was not available. Where is the logic here? Accept the order and money and refuse the next day. And this is where the circus starts. The money promised a refund within a week, I waited a week, 2-3 times a call and demanded a refund. It was said that the accountant was unable to process the request. Why do I need to call and ask for a refund of my passport money? The money was repaid at the end of the second week when I start threatening the police. I would not recommend anyone to order something from this store. Terrific service.
