Although propane delivery time was took longer than promised I am elated that the price, including fees, was 40% less when compared to competitors.
I bought a 500 gallon tank with full warranty and 2650 gall prebuy 2.5 years ago. It has been an absolute nightmare to get my tank filled every time. Horrible service. Call over and over repeatedly before you get any help. Then have to wait at least a month, as long as two months to get filled....

This company advertises $100 for any referral to their company so I referred my neighbor and he purchased a 1000 gal. tank and had it filled and paid all cost for install. They only allow me to get $25 credit on my account each time I fill. This will take me 4 years to get my total...

Multiple emails, mutiple messages. ZERO response. They still have 1800+ gallons of my prepaid gas. Filled to 40% and claimed there was a shortage. Had to have 400 gallons delivered from another provider or we would have run out. Down to 20%… good thing it is getting warm…
