Catastrophic, service communication with the client
Catastrophic TV and Internet service NE-installation and communication with the client in one of the leading state-owned companies Optus 3, 5 months! Fraud and complete disrespect! On August 29, 2017 in the center of Melbourne (Grizinkalns district) I applied for a Optus home smart TV + internet service. On December 5, the company once again (5th scheduled visit to my apartment, plus the 5th damaged working day) promised to provide the service connection, the master simply does not arrive at the agreed time, after an hour of patient waiting, call a kind operator, who explains that the master will not arrive, because Optus the partner has not yet completed any testing of the line. I am pleasantly surprised by the great disrespect and inhuman attitude, it is difficult to even talk about some kind of customer service ethic... ps I wish and hope that the leading tv and internet company in the country will be able to improve its attitude to meet its advertising call on internet and tv availability throughout the country (except Grizinkalns).
