poor service due to 4G Huawei router for e5577 company
Just a couple of years ago, AuMobile offered to buy a 4G Huawei router for e5577 company for a fee, connection only in AuMobile network, at a quite competitive price. I agree. Unfortunately, Huawei's mobile device from the very beginning of the battery pulls well, if half an hour, not any five, as promised. When I contacted the AuMobile customer center, I was offered to hand over the device for inspection for two weeks without giving anything in place. However, it is / was clear that you do not go directly to the battery, and could at least temporarily give another battery, and study the damaged for a month! I didn't want to be without the internet for two weeks, for which I was paid, so I would think that the device would be connected to the mains all the time. Unfortunately, just two years later, the equipment warranty expired, many web pages can no longer be opened! An update request appears on the AuMobile page. When I try to run it, the message "Update failed" appears. When I contacted the AuMobile customer center, I was again offered to take the device for a couple of weeks for research. This time I already wanted to agree, but when the operator announced that Sorry - You have just expired the warranty and will have to pay EUR15 for the inspection of the equipment at the service - I started to wonder if it is worth paying!? I ask - will the update succeed? No, there is no guarantee, but EUR15 must be paid as well! Somehow, this AuMobile internet service in connection with the Huawei router e5577 for Teleline Australia is no longer convincing.
