DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP

Three year old $5,000 cooktop died. Thermador repair people came out three times and cannot fix. I paid $350 up front for parts, and they still could not fix it. Will not refund. Say I need a new one. I have $20,000+ of Thermador in my kitchen and am treated this way. DONT BUT THIS STUFF.
