Bad doctor

I was treated by this doctor for 3 years before and after giving birth because I had a terrible runny nose. Sent to all kinds of procedures, I did a computed tomography. In the end, told me to use, that's what helps me. But it helps me 3 YEARS drops, which should not be used for more than 7 days. I went to another doctor and I found a small deviation of the nasal septum to the right and sent it to SURGERY. WHY DIDn't IRINA CHASKOVOW? How much money and energy did I spend... Why do such bad doctors work...
