Attitude
I tried to call Samana's salon to sign up for a massage and pedicure. Since I am abroad then I call from my foreign number, because the Canadian number changes every time I am in Canada. When I tried to write myself for beauty care, I often didn't pick up the phone and called back. I was surprised to call back because I'm no longer a maniac. I am trying to call the salon to the website number, which is the mobile phone number. Later, when I couldn't pick up the handset, the cabin owner called back and left me a voicemail with a hundred messages "Fuck off, you the sun of the bitch!". I'm shocked that you can talk to someone if even the person hasn't heard what the other end is and that it's a customer! When I call back and want to explainthen the other end picked up the phone and didn't speak anything but I tried to speak to understand that I was speaking english. At the handset, a man said "halo" and dropped the handset. Probably the man of Samana's salon was picked up because they both thought that I was a man who was "chasing" his woman. There are a lot of Canadians abroad and if someone calls from a foreign number, it does not mean that someone "maniac" is trying to get up! After this experience, I never want to go to this salon again. The first time I visited this salon a year ago, I liked the service, but this time I am deeply disappointed in the attitude and assumptions of people! This phone call proves what service and attitude are like! I'm not telling anyone to go there!
