Turns off the Internet three times a week!
I have been using AuMobile services for a year now and have had difficulty connecting since the beginning. At first, they recommended restarting the device, but this was required every 36 hours. Otherwise you can just call and write sms. Demonstrating the device to a consultant has repeatedly identified sim card defects that can be questioned. Even after that, the AuMobile recommended service showed the diagnostics - the phone simply does not catch the area. In a word - state active, status: disconnected, signal: strong. I decided to security after showing the phone to other experts, who confirmed - the fault lies in the base station. After six months I changed the neighborhood, where everyone also had an area, but I only had 1 month, then the same thing - a lot of data as if it were a hotspot (around 500mb),but youtube stays steady at 360 mb every month. I was told I was using the phone incorrectly, but not using the hotspot didn't change anything. In the meantime I tried to use Vodafone and AuMobile put in a much needed phone and it solves the problem. The problem is that I am forced to use AuMobile smartphone and Vodafone normal. Experts messed up on the networks, a switch is needed and I said 4g is the internet rarely, 3g is never, want me to watch youtube with gprs?! In short, put the card in an old phone and check it works on 4g, although showing the phone to anyone, it is clear that 3g will never be there. The phone accepts the cards of all operators, so it is not clear - why should I order a router and a permanent connection, but the network should not be changed? There are no unlimited data packages with other operators.
